One of the earlier 3d models I built was Lisa, a character for a proposed video game. She was originally just a sketch on a legal notepad, and gradually turned into what you see here. As she is now she has fourteen separate maps, one hundred eighty-eight parts (including bones), and weighs in at 35,989 polygons with 49,776 vertices including alternate parts. This was also my first use of 3dStudio Max' "Hair and Fur" plugin, which not only gave her the hairstyles I wanted but has realistic physics as well like gravity, collisions, and wind. The boots were styled after the "gravity boots" from the movie "Red Planet".
